After you have created your course, it is essential to know how to manage and explore its elements.
Steps to explore a course
Step 1: Access the "My Courses" panel
Once you have logged in, go to the panel on the left where you will find the "My Courses" option to manage all your creations.
Step 2: Select the course you want to explore and click on it.
Step 3: Explore the course
The main screen you access is organized into three main areas: Content, Analytics and Community.
Below, we explain each of them in detail:
→ Content area
In this area, you can manage everything related to your course and its content. It is divided into various tabs that allow you to efficiently organize your course information:
Summary tab:
Here you'll find an overview of your course, including its title, description, and any relevant information, as well as useful links for enrollment, changing course status, and completing pre-publishing tasks. Plus, you can preview what your course will look like before publishing, whether you're a new or experienced instructor. It's an ideal place to provide an engaging introduction to your potential students.
Content tab:
In this tab, you can organize and structure your course content into modules, topics, lessons, and learning activities. To better understand the structure of a course, review the article "Structure of a course in EducUp Studio."
Benefits tab
This section has two categories: benefits and resources.
- Benefits: Highlight the benefits and goals that students will achieve upon completing your course. You can explain the skills they will acquire and how this will benefit them in their educational journey.
- Resources: They enhance the learning experience by providing free and premium material that is easily accessible on the platform.
Screenshots Tab
Taking screenshots is a great way for students to see what the inside of your course looks like. We encourage you to go to the learning activities, try them out, and capture images.
Pricing tab
In the pricing section, you can define the value of your course in three modalities: semester, annual and unlimited. You can also create coupons to offer discounts to your students.
Collaborators tab
Here you can manage and add the collaborators of your courses. They will be able to create and modify the content.
Links tab
In this section, you can find all the links at different levels that will allow you to share your content with your audience. It is so important that we have created a special article to explain each link and its possible use. Find all the information in "Explore the links tab".
→ Analytics area
In this area, you can review the results achieved by your course.
Sales tab
You can keep a detailed record of purchases with statistics by day, week, month and year of the sales you have generated with your course.
Funnel tab
It allows you to analyze the registration and purchase process of students, identifying possible obstacles in the purchase process.
→ Community Area
In the community section, you will find information related to your students. You find it organized in 4 tabs:
User Tab
You can see how many students took your course daily, weekly, monthly, and yearly, along with their country of origin. This facilitates statistics and segmentation of students by groups.
Reviews tab
Students can leave reviews so you can learn what they think of your course and use valuable feedback to improve it. You choose which reviews to make public, and these will appear on the home page and course details in the app.
Ranking tab
Here you have the classification of the students enrolled in the course. We recommend you share it in various media to congratulate and keep students motivated.
Certificates tab
You have at your disposal a complete list of all the students who have received a certificate upon completing any of the levels. When accessing any student's card, you can expand the information by going to the "Learns" section.
