Creating modules is essential for effectively organizing your educational content in Educup Studio. Below, we guide you through the step-by-step process to create or delete a module, with the aim of optimizing the learning experience for your students.
Modules are organizational units that allow you to group related topics. Please review the Course Structure in Educup.
Creating a new module
Step 1: Log In
Log in to your EducUp Studio account and go to the course dashboard.
Step 2: Access the course dashboard
Once you have logged in, go to the left-hand panel, where you will find the "My Courses" option to manage all your creations. Select the course to which you want to add content and click on it.
Step 3: Explore the course
Once you have selected the course where you want to add the module, select the "Content" option, which you will find in the top menu that displays the interface. Within your course view, locate the "Add module" button at the top right and click on it.
Step 4: Add a module
Module name: Assign a descriptive name to the module for easy identification.
Click the "Create" button to complete the information.
Step 5: Add more information
Activate: Keep this option checked (in green) if you want the module to be visible.
Add image: Select a representative image for the module. You can choose it from our gallery or upload it from your computer.
Add description: Provide a brief description of the module to inform students about its content.
Share module link: In the link button , you can generate a link that you can share with your students, which will take them directly to the module.
Move or clone module: Using the three-dot button , you can clone or move a module to another course.
Step 6: Save
Save the changes to proceed to the next step: Adding Topics.
Deleting an existing module
Complete steps 1 to 4, choosing the module you want to delete. Enter the module and delete it easily, by pressing the "Delete" button. Keep in mind that you will delete all the content you have created on it.
